GUEST INFORMATION
We are delighted to welcome you to Bluripa Guest House and wish you a pleasant stay. Our staff is at your disposal to solve any problems that you may encounter and to help or advise you about anything to do with our beautiful city. Should you wish, we can even arrange personalised tours and excursions to some of the most stunning destinations on the Ligurian coast.
Below you will find details of the Bluripa Guest House policies and services, as well as information that could prove useful during your stay in Genoa, such as places of interest, museums and other attractions.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in: from 3 pm to 6 pm.
Saturday 2 pm -7 pm
Check-out: by 10.30 am
Please collect your personal items; in case of loss, the staff will not be responsible.
Reception: is open in the afternoon from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm and on Saturdays from 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm, and is located on the 11th floor.
If your arrival is expected after 6.00 pm we kindly ask you to contact us in advance on +39 010 29 29 652 or on +39 366 359 4022 (also with Whatsup) or email info@bluripa.it indicating the arrival date and sending us front/back photos of your documents.
It is possible to leave your bags in the morning from 10 to 12 near the reception desk (unguarded area) and arrange with our housekeeping, subject to advance payment of the identity cards or passports of all members of the room including children and the balance of tourist taxes.

Reservations
Each reservation with direct payment by the Customer is confirmed with advance payment by credit card or bank transfer, with cancellation policies equal to 5 days before arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
If you need an electronic invoice, we inform you to request it at the moment of booking; the invoice will be sent via email in the days following check-out.
To issue the invoice it will be necessary to provide the company data including VAT number, email or pec.
Heating/air conditioning system
Bluripa Guest House is equipped with a centralized fain-coil heating and air conditioning system in each room;
In addition to the centralized system, each room is equipped with a split air conditioner for cooling and heating for personalized use, which you can manage independently with the remote control at any time.
Tourist tax
The cost of the tourist tax is currently € 3.00 per person per night.
The Tourist Tax is due by non-residents who stay overnight in the municipal area in any type of hotel, extra-hotel accommodation and furnished apartments for tourist use.
The tax is due for each overnight stay.
In the case of overnight stays of more than eight consecutive days, only the first eight consecutive nights are subject to tax, provided that they are done in the same accommodation facility.
The following are exempt from paying the tourist tax:
• the minor up to the age of fourteen
• the disabled person whose condition of disability is certified in accordance with current Italian legislation and similar provisions of the countries of origin for foreign citizens
• the subject belonging to State and local Police Forces or Corps, as well as the national body of the Fire Brigade and Civil Protection who stay for exclusive service needs
• the university student, aged no more than 26 years, enrolled at the University of Genoa
• the volunteer who offers his service in the city in the social field or in occasion of events and shows organized by the Municipal, Metropolitan and Regional Administration or the subjects who stay in accommodation facilities to provide their service, pursuant to a provision of the Public authorities, as a consequence of calamitous or extraordinary events or for humanitarian relief purposes
• those undergoing treatment at healthcare facilities located in the municipal area and one companion per patient
• those who assist patients hospitalized in healthcare facilities in the municipal area, at a rate of two companions per patient.

Room key/Access to the facility/Safe
For each room a key will be provided which must be returned at check out; in case of loss or breakage, the sum of € 20 will be charged (special keys).
It is also possible to access to the structure with a code provided by the staff.
The rooms are equipped with a security safe with electronic code; tampering/breakage will be charged of € 100.
Wifi connection
Available free of charge – User ID and Password present in every room.
Suggested parking spaces
Bluripa Guest House has an agreement with a covered car park which cannot be booked in advance "Marina Porto Antico", in Calata Salumi 6R, 250 meters away from us, at the discounted rate which we will be happy to communicate at the time of booking.
When you park you will receive a ticket which must be validated by our staff otherwise you will not be able to benefit the discount.
You can contact us by telephone before your arrival to receive useful information for unloading luggage.

Bluripa is a Guest House, equipped with 5 rooms located at the 11th floor (with reception) and 1 studio apartment at the 7th floor, inside the skyscraper located in Via Sottoripa 1A/116.
By car: exit at Genova Ovest motorway toll booth, follow the directions for Acquario and Piazza Caricamento.
By train: once you arrive at Porta Principe Station you can reach us on foot in 15 minutes along Via Balbi, Via Gramsci (Darsena) and Piazza Caricamento.
